Here is a brief rundown of what you can expect when working with us:
Initial Appointment: The first step is to schedule an appointment with us. During this meeting, we will discuss your vision for the project and we will assess the work that needs to be done.
Quotation: Once we have a clear understanding of the scope of the project, we will work out a quotation for the work involved. This quotation will be presented to you for consideration. If you are happy with the proposed price, you can accept it and move on to the next step.
Agreement: When a quotation is accepted, an agreement will be sent to you for signing. This agreement will outline the terms and conditions of the project, including the payment schedule and timeline.
Project Begins: With the agreement in place, work on the renovation can begin. The right subcontractors will be brought in, and they will use their own tools and equipment. We will take steps to protect your property as much as possible to avoid unnecessary damage. Throughout the project, our owner, Barend, will be on-site to ensure all tasks are completed to the highest standard.
Project Completion: When the renovation is complete, Barend will review the work done with you. This includes a walkthrough of the completed project, feature by feature or room by room. Any final adjustments or touch-ups will be made at this point to ensure that you are completely satisfied.
